Expanding Comfort Zone

What are Comfort Zone?

We always have the habit of been in our Comfort Zone. Why? What are Comfort Zone?

The Comfort Zone is our living, work, and social environments that we have grown accustom too. It determines the type of friends we make or people we associate with. It determines a life style we accept or reject.

In another words, the comfort zone is like our life. It is directly related to our dreams or goals which means handling your comfort zone well means controlling your destiny.
In order to grow and change, we must first be discontent with our current comfort zone.

How to Expand your Comfort Zone?

• We need to have dreams and goals.
• We need to be aware of the changes that is needed and be emtionally and mentally prepared for it. Build up the expectations of change.
• Then we slowly break out of our comfort zone, doing things and making decisions that will lead us to our dreams and goals. 21 days is needed to bring out a new habit. So be ready.
• Thus your comfort zone will be slowly expanded.

Ending of Asia Conference!

Have not post for last 4 days!

Was super tired after coming home for last four days. Reach home like about 1 plus after the Asia Conference. But still, it was a great and worthy experience. Enjoyed it! Ok... Lots of things to post that I don't know where to start. Decided in the end i shall not post about it... Haha...

I am super excited after the Asia Conference, Learned alot and see alot of things. Going to see it to apply in my life!
