Cell Group is where I found my Life, Purpose, Love, Values, Happiness, Hope. It is where I learnt to be a better person, know that there are people who care for me, a place where I know God. Therefore, I feel I could never give back what Cell Group have given me. I owe Cell Group too much, no amount of Gold and Sliver can pay what Cell Group have given me. Therefore, I would never want to take any money from the Cell Group even it is my right to claim it. What Cell Group have given me is priceless and is of great sentimental values to me. Thanks W320!
Dinner With Sarah!
Went for dinner with Sarah at Bukit Timah just now! We had a special dinner cause we ate something special! Roti Prata Ice Cream! Haha... My first time eating Roti Prata Ice Cream! Was quite nice actually, will go back for next time!

Anyway, after dinner sent Sarah home and went to Jurong Point and meet Torance, Joshua, Kai Xiang, Jin Heng and Joyce. Fellowshipped a while and then went back home!

The Four BoyFriends
Once upon a time there was this girl who had four boyfriends.
She loved the 4th boyfriend the most and adored him with rich robes and treated him to the finest of delicacies. She gave him nothing but the best.
She also loved the 3rd boyfriend very much and was always showing him off to neighboring kingdoms. However, she feared that one day he would leave her for another.
She also loved her 2nd boyfriend. He was her confidant and was alwayskind,considerate and patient with her. Whenever this girl faced a problem,she could confide in him, and he would help her get through the difficult times.
The girls 1st boyfriend was a very loyal partner and had made great contributions in maintaining her wealth and kingdom. However, she did not love the first boyfriend. Although he loved her deeply, she hardly took notice of him!
One day, the girl fell ill and she knew her time was short. She thought ofher luxurious life and wondered, I now have four boyfriends with me, but when I die, I'll be all alone.
Thus, she asked the 4th boyfriend, 'I loved you the most, endowed you withthe finest clothing and showered great care over you. Now that I'm dying,will you follow me and keep me company?''No way!', replied the 4th boyfriend, and he walked away without another word..

Her heart sank and turned cold.

And before I forget, XiaoShi cooked something for me!

Went to sentosa with ET zone today! Was fun playing the activities they planned for us! Haha! After our activities ended, we were allow to have our own free time. Was with damien outside the 7-11 waiting for Amber and Torance when a group of girls come up to us. One of them was holding a big green broad saying " GIVING FREE HUGS" and they were shouting "free hugs!". I and Damien was too embarrassed to accept their hugs, in the end Damien took photo with one of them. Haha! After that I went to have a walk with Wai Kit around the beach. Talked alot and saw lots of beautiful places. Went to have dinner with Cell Group members when evening came, after that home sweet home...

What a Day!
Hmmmm. Was staring at my computer screen for some time... Didn't know what to blog. But anyway, here it goes... Today was just any average day for me, or rather below average day. Haiz... Had alot in my mind, sometimes it puzzle me how can something like this happen? It happened to me twice, unbelievable. What does it represent? Hmmm... God, I need revelations on this. Was thinking of what someone did also, it was super confusing to me. @_@ LOLS! I was also extremely disappointed in myself today. Guess I have to do some soul searching later. Ar....

A Great Day
Left school today halfway at about 1 plus... Cause have to go Suntec City to pass the Water Baptism forms to the City Harvest Church office before 17 00. Was a long way... Cause I took 187 to the post office in Bukit Panjang to help XiaoShi get her clothes. After that i went to take 960 to Suntec City... whole day i was alone physically, but spiritually God was with me, he showed me alot of things today. After passing up the Water Baptism form, I went to Popluar bookstore and started picking up christian books to read.... I was in the book shop for a very long time. Learned a lot from the books but were confused over some of the things. Haha.... Nevermind... God will let me understand it when the time comes. However, the most important part of the day was called "Waiting for the bus". There are two parts in it. The story goes like this...
First Part- Prayer
Was at Jurong East, went to the a particular bus stop and look at the board that shows where which particular buses go to. I found out that 178 is the only one that reach Boon Lay interchange which my destination. However, I waited very long for the bus. As i see the other buses appearing not tiwce but thrice to the bus stop, i grew impatient and just wish that I can just that any bus to reach my destination... Suddenly God spoke to me...
God: Jonathan... Pray for the bus to come...
Me: Huh? You sure? Bus also need to pray? It will come sooner or later... No need la...
God: Ask and you shall receive...
But, I was abit reluctant and did not pray about it, i continued to wait. Time passes by, the bus still did not come. Soon I was thinking to myself, "pray also no harm..." So i decided to pray for the bus. "God, let the next bus that come to the bus stop be 178.” Amazingly... the 178 reached in less then 10 seconds after I prayed. I was like... Wah! And if you all have took 178 before, normally it is abit lousy type of bus. But this one 178 is the better one, more comfortable seats and better air conditioning. So friends... Pray for even the little things, God will give you more then what you pray for. I only prayed for a normal 178, God give me a much more better one. He exceeds my expectations. =)
Second Part- God's Promises
I then boarded the bus that God gave me. =) And then I started thinking about waiting for the bus. It is like during certain point of my life I was waiting for something that God promises.
-The board that show which particular buses go to is like The Bible.
The Board states that only 178 can reached my destination and no other buses could get me there.
The Bible contain God's words that tell you certain things to do and not to do to obtain God's Promises. There are times that there is only one way you can get it. (eg. Jesus is the only way to eternal life.)
-Waiting for the bus is like waiting for something that God have promise you.
-The other buses that came were like temptations.
During certain point of time I feel like going up to any bus that came and hoping that I could get to my destination, if I have done that I will not reach my destination. I waited and the bus that could get me to my desintation finally came, and it is a much more better bus then I expected.
At points of time, there will be temptations to lead you off the path that God have prepare you for the things he intended to give you. If you fell into the temptations, you would not have reach where God intended you to be. But if you be patient and preserve to the end, God will give you more than what he promised.
So... Moral of the story is... Constantly read the Bible, be sure of the path that God have set for you and know what is the right and wrong thing to do. What God intend for you is never easy, it requires preservence and patient. But if you do what God told you to do, at the end of waiting, the rewards will be more than what you expected. And not to mention Prayer is the key to everything!
All the hurt inside you have learn to hide so well...
Went for dinner with some Cell members, Tiffany and Pei Xuan after school today at Jurong point. Jia Wei and Wen Qi came and join us after that. After that went to Crystal house and Xiao Ting house to take the water baptism forms.. Then when home after that with tiffany and Pei Xuan.

Hey! What happen is not your fault ok? You were tired and I understand that. So dun think so much about it.. Just relax.... Jiayou in your studies! Have a more positive mindset is a good way to start! You are the light of the world and the salt of the Earth!=D

Went to Church Service today... Service was great today with Pastor Kong... Good Message was preached... After Service, went to BEST coffeeshop for lunch.. Melvin and Damien shared a good testimonal with me today.. It all happened on friday, when they were asked to go to Lucas house to take sushi rollers for the sushi making activity after Cell Group. When they reached there, they were blessed by Lucas's neighbour with alot of food.. not quite remember what food it is... but they say it was nice and it was alot of them... So what am I trying to say here? They served God by making the effort to go down and take the sushi rollers for the Cell Group and they were blessed by God! So friends, Don't miss out any chance to serve God!
Went for Cell Group today, was a Zi Yang House. Cell Group was great... Amber preach about Be A Good Finisher, it means finishing the race that you have start. There are many race we have started in many different part of our life. Some were easy, some were full of hardship and suffering. But the important thing is not that we have started the race, but it is if we have finish the race.
There are Four Reasons why people give up halfway for the Race they have started, they are...
Fatigue
Frustration
Failure
Fear
I looked back at some of the race that I started that were halfway completed and I found out the reason I give up is always one of the four reasons above.
How to we complete the race then??? There are four steps to it, they are....
1) Stop Making Excuses!
2) Start Now!
3) Focus on the gain, not on the pain
4) Depend on God to help you through the race
After hearing this sermon, I have decided that I will not give up any race started... I will end everyone of them no matter how much suffering or hardship I have to go through.
Will not focus on how much pain and suffering I will go through, but the things I can do for your SMILE to appear...
Went to Jurong Point and meet some of the Cell group members for dinner after school. Then went to Joyce's Uncle wake.. Hmmm... She is ok during the wake.. A strong girl... Relieve to see that... =)) Joyce contiune to be strong and cheerful!!!!
Went to Jurong Point after school ended today. Went for a 19 00 movie there. Its called Wanted. Interesting action movie with nice special effects. I always liked action movie. Meet up with Xiao Shi, Kai Xiang and Zi Yang after the movie. Bought some sushi and went to some random carpark. Was enjoying chitchat there while stuffing up on the sushi. Haha! Had fun... Being with them, it lighten the burden in my heart. Thanks Wor =)
Thinking back of times we used to spent the beautiful memories we used to have... I missed them alot... But I will look forward for a better future that God have prepare for me! =)
God is There...
Was thinking of how much God love us... Then came across a touching story that shows how much God love us and is there for us when we needed him. Here it goes...
One night, a man had a dream. He dreamt he was walking along a beach with the Lord. Across the sky flashed scences of his life. For each scene he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand: one belonging to him and the other to the Lord. When the last scence of his life flashed before him, he looked back at the footprint of the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of his life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times in his life. This really bothered him and he questioned the Lord about it. "Lord, you said that once i decided to follow You, You'd walk with me all the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life, there is only one set of footprints. I don't understand why when I needed you the most, You would leave me." The Lord replied, "My precious child, I love you and would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that i carried you."
God is always there for you... You just have to look carefully for him....

A Happy Day for me today! God gave me a new revelation today. He taught be how to be thankful for little things in my life. Now little things can really brighten up my day!

A True Love

From Verse 4, we can understand that True Love will suffer at certain point of time, however it does not get jealous, it is kind-hearted, it is not proud.
So if you truly Love someone, it is inevitable that you will suffer at certain point of time due to the hurt and disappointment you recieve from the other party. Sacrifice much for them. You should still be kind and gracious to the other party no matter what happen. Bless them. Do not be jealous or envy the other party too.
From Verse 5, we can see that True Love is not rude, does not seek for it own needs, does not think of any evil and is not provoked in any way.
If there is True Love, you will respect the other party. Do not do things for the sake of your own needs but to meet other party needs. Does not have any evil thoughts and is patient with the other party.
From Verse 6, True Love is Truth and Righteousness!
True Love is always righteous and is in the truth!
From Verse 7, True Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
This just simply means if there is True Love, You can overcome through all hardships will never be defeated by it. Love is courageous!
From Verse 8, True Love Never Fail!
True Love will never fail at anything, 1 Corinthians 13:13 says And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love. If there is True Love, everything is possible to be done!
There are other books from the bible that talk about Love, 1 John 3:18 and 1 Timothy 1:5
1 Timothy 1:5
Now the purpose of the commandment is love from a pure heart, from a good conscience, and from sincere faith.
From 1 John 3:18, True Love come with actions but not speaking of words.
So... don't just say "I love you" only, you got to act on your words to prove True Love.
From 1 Timothy 1:5, Love is from a pure heart, and is trust.
When you love someone, you will trust with all your heart and believe with all you got. Will want the best for the opposite party for you have a heart of purity and good conscience.
So this is what True Love is.... Caring for the opposite party no matter what treatment is return to you and not expecting anything in return. Not getting jealous and respect the opposite party! Sacrifice for them, bless them, care for them. Trust them too! Trust is one of the most important value in a successful relationship! So friends.... Know what to do now to express your True Love??? Don't wait, make the DECISION now and act on it! Cheers! =D

Went to Sarah's school funfair today... Her school is big and there is so much thing to eat and play... Went till the evening, then dinner with Sarah, Tiffany and Pei Xuan at Bukit Panjang Plaza. After that, bid farewell to Tiffany and Pei Xuan, sent Sarah back and went home.
